By accessing or using SnapLink (the snaplink.my website, application, and related services), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms form an agreement between you and the operator of SnapLink. We also recommend reading our Privacy Policy.

SnapLink provides URL shortening, bio (link-in-bio) pages, QR code generation, click analytics, and related features according to your plan.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice when possible.

For features that require registration, you must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to contract in your jurisdiction.

We offer a free plan with published limits (for example: one short link or one bio page) and paid plans with additional benefits.

Paid subscriptions may be processed by payment partners. Prices, billing period, and benefits are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel according to the payment provider's rules or by contacting us.

Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law or the payment processor's policy.

You agree not to use SnapLink to:

• Distribute malware, phishing, spam, or illegal content;
• Violate third-party rights (trademarks, privacy, intellectual property);
• Shorten or promote URLs that break applicable laws;
• Circumvent plan limits, security, or rate limits;
• Abusively automate the API or overload infrastructure;
• Collect visitors' personal data without a legal basis and adequate transparency.

You retain ownership of content you publish (titles, link destinations, bio text). You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the service.

We may remove links or pages that violate these terms or that receive a substantiated report, without prior notice in serious cases.

We are not responsible for the content of destination sites your links redirect to.

We record aggregated and technical metrics about clicks and views (for example: date, referrer, device type, approximate country), as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for informing visitors on your bio or campaigns when the law requires notice about tracking.

The SnapLink brand, interface, software, and materials we provide are protected by law. Copying, reverse engineering, or commercial use of our brand without written permission is not allowed.

On the free plan, a "Made with SnapLink" watermark may appear on bio pages unless you upgrade to a plan that removes it.

The service is provided "as is", with reasonable efforts toward availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses from downtime, third-party links, or misuse of the platform by users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the platform or third parties.

You may close your account at any time; data may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top indicates the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, unless the law requires additional consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The competent forum is that of the consumer's domicile when applicable, or another competent forum under the law.
