This Privacy Policy describes how SnapLink handles personal data of users and visitors, in line with Brazil's LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018) and other applicable rules.

We may process the following categories of data:

• Registration: email, password (stored securely and irreversibly), display name, bio slug;
• Profile and content: links created, destination URLs, titles, themes, and bio settings;
• Payments: transaction identifiers and subscription status (sensitive card data is handled by the payment processor, not by us);
• Analytics: date and time of clicks/views, referrer, user-agent, approximate country/region from IP;
• Technical: server logs, IP address, session and authentication cookies.

We use data to:

• Create and manage your account;
• Provide link shortening, bio pages, QR codes, and statistics;
• Process subscriptions and support;
• Ensure security, prevent fraud and abuse;
• Improve the product and comply with legal obligations.

Processing is based, as applicable, on: contract performance or pre-contract steps; legal obligation; legitimate interest (security, service improvement, aggregated metrics); and consent when required (for example, marketing communications, if offered).

We may share data with providers that help us operate (hosting, database, email, payments, analytics), only as necessary and with contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information when required by law or court order.

We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes.

Analytics data may be aggregated or anonymized after periods defined by your plan (for example, 7 days on the free plan, longer on Pro).

Under the LGPD, you may request: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion of consent-based data, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent.

We use essential cookies to maintain your authenticated session and site functionality.

Our own analytics scripts record click events on public link and bio pages without identifying visitors by name, unless you integrate third-party tools on your link destinations.

We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access control, secrets in secure environments). No system is 100% secure; in case of a relevant incident, we will notify as required by law.

The service is not intended for users under 18. If we learn of improper registration, we may delete the account and associated data.

Infrastructure or providers may be outside Brazil. In those cases, we ensure safeguards compatible with the LGPD (contractual clauses, recognized certifications, etc.).

We may update this policy periodically. The date at the top indicates the current version. Material changes may be communicated by email or notice in the dashboard.
